PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, Apple wood is not currently available.

We are happy to now be able to offer a made-to-measure service for your Spindle. You can now choose the weight of whorl you wish to have from 25g (minimum) - 100g (maximum) in 5g increments. Whilst we cannot guarantee to product exactly the weight, we can product a weight within a few grams. eg If you order a spindle weighing 30g, the finished weight will be between 28g and 32g.

You can still order a Top or Bottom whorl and specify which end you would like the hand-crafted hook, or no hook at all. All our shafts will continue to be in hand-turned Beech and our Made-to-Measure Spindles will be available in all the woods listed below:

The special order spindles will be £25.00 each plus £3.00 for postage etc in the UK, and £8.00 for Europe. We only accept payment through PayPal.
